The hotel's location provided easy access to the Sagrada Familia. I found bus transportation very accessible from the hotel (, made getting around easy). The staff was helpful and provided clear directions. The room was big enough for two people to move around comfortably (I had a companion).
The walls were a bit thin, so I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

The staff was really friendly and super helpful! i had a single room and it was perfect for my needs. the hotel's location is awesome. It's just a short walk to sagrada familia and the monumental metro station is super close!
the walls were really thin, and i could hear everything happening in the rooms next door. the bed also squeaked a lot, and the pillows weren't very comfortable! i really missed having a fridge in the room.

The walls lacked adequate sound insulation. I could hear conversations in adjacent rooms and hallway noise late at night. the provided toiletries were minimal. I expected more than just basic soap and shampoo. The lack of a small refrigerator in the room was inconvenient. I could not store drinks or snacks.

the room had a big gap under the door to the hallway. i had to use a towel to block sound and light, it was not a good solution. the beds felt old too. the springs poked my hips so i woke up many times during the night.

i found the staff super friendly. they helped me find a taxi fast. the location is good i think. it is close to the sagrada família, maybe ten minutes walking. the room had enough space for four beds, but i was alone.
my room was near the kitchen and it was very noisy. every morning i woke up because of loud noises. it was around 6am and i could not rest well. they should not put people in that room, it was a waste of money.
